base pay:19,37,000

company bonus 10 percent of my base pay

I got the offer in capgemini

i have overall 8.4 YOE

may i know how much hike i can ask to the HR . In my mind i am expecting 45 to 50 percent .is it possible if not how much they can offer ?

I have a looming sense of self hatred. I take medication I workout and do all the things to feel good, but it’s just stuck there. I recently joined Capgemini at 13.5 LPA along with 1 lakh as joining bonus. It was a jump from 6.5 and I have 4 YOE with 2 yrs in React JS
Two questions that's been bothering me -

Did I settle for less as I can see people taking even bigger jumps with less experience?
