Currently I am working in an IT company as BA but recently i have got an offer from one of the leading manufacturing company for the position of PMO. Its a manufacturing industry and now I am scared and not able to decide whether should i accept the offer or not. The transition is gonna be tough for me. Please help me with your valuable input. Also pls let me know in future if i want to come back to IT will it be a problem?

I am having HCL offer of 19 LPA but I have got counter offer from other company of 21 LPA, if i again go to HCL and ask for better compensation means will HR agree and process for more than counter offer ?

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.
