Hi folks, has anyone paid any company to file H1B for them? I got a call from a company called Cyber Chasse. Post an initial screening call, if selected we have to pay 708 usd (non-refundable) for H1B registration. Once we get the visa, processing fee of 5500 + 18% GST USD.

Is this legit? Or the chances are so low that I should not go for it?

I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. Question for more experienced bankers, when did you start to feel comptent at your job? For example, I am 5 months in and am still making small mistakes and getting corrected, feeling like I’m putting in the work and time but still miss things, thoughts on normal progression?
