I am a Process Engineer with 2 years of experience. I am looking for a similar role in oil & gas EPC and energy sector. I have worked on 1 detailed engineering and a BEDP project.

Following are my technical strengths-
Line Sizing,
Pump hydraulics calculations,
Relief valve and Control valve sizing,
Separator Sizing,
Line List and Equipment datasheets,
Familiar with Aspen Plus and Unisim.

Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose.. TIA.

Took my 2 year old daughter to the dentist and she found 4 cavities. We’ve been teaching her to brush her teeth before bed & after meals(unsuccessfully) so far.
She’s needs sdf treatment according to the dentist, any suggestions on how to move after the treatment as it leaves black coverage on the teeth. (She’s too young for crowns and what not)

What’s the best way to get out of small law? I am a junior partner and don’t want to be running a law firm by myself in 5-10 years. The mid-level partners are not business-savvy so I don’t see myself wanting to partner with them either. I want to move to a larger firm.
