What’s the best way to get out of small law? I am a junior partner and don’t want to be running a law firm by myself in 5-10 years. The mid-level partners are not business-savvy so I don’t see myself wanting to partner with them either. I want to move to a larger firm.

8+ yoe,Project mgmt Domain - I have been working on different roles in PM domain ( Pm, PMO, Business mgmt etc) and recently switched to Scrum master. I'm a brand new attorney (passed the Feb 2021 bar) who started an in-house counsel position a few months ago (where my focus is negotiating agreements for the sale of my company's software). I am working in Infosys at 8.5 lpa and holding an offer from JMI ( Jean Martin Incorporation) for Investment banking analyst role at 10 lpa (negotiable). I have heard some negative reviews about JMI with respect to job security and growth. Can somebody provide any insight or review on the same as I am confused weather to take the offer or not?

Looking to start studying for the CPA is it worth to try to get into a Big 4 before passing? I've heard they will pay for it and give a bonus for passing.
