I am looking for better career opportunities in Bangalore. Have applied in a few places but most of them are either at the same status or are having different issues at the organisational end.

What are tips to stop “hate scrolling,” ie looking at social media opinions/profiles that conflict w your own? Sometimes I find myself doing it just to feel something, but I know it’s bad.

I currently working as project coordinator (on-site) for 3 months 10hrs everyday with package $75k, I want to move to remote or hybrid work but I only have 8 months of experience from my previous employer and I have completed my master's in construction management in 2021.
