Wanted to know what is the appraisal cycle in Deloitte India and will i be eligible for 2026 appraisal if i am joining by august end ?

Hello anyone reading this! I wanted to ask for any realistic, recommended job positions from someone with more knowledge and experience. I am graduating this December with my BBA and am ready to leave the job I’m in now. I’ve been applying for a range of positions I qualify for and nothing so far, which I expected. I have 3 years of experience in management operations but also have 6 years of experience with child care, is that why I may be getting rejected? Maybe I’m overthinking my resume? 😅

I was wondering if anyone has experienced a two week delay after HR has called to discuss an offer and you don’t hear back from there is that a red flag or to keep the hope flying still?

Hey Friends, need help!! I am a developer with 1.6 YoE, got placed on-campus (NIT), can code well in Java and Python, but want to move into an analyst type role as I am not sure if I can be a good 'developer'.
Is it an ideal move for a long career, or if I want to do an MBA in future?
If so, could you please suggest how to prepare for such roles in good companies?
I feel a little lost with a lot of self doubt, and possibly need some counselling on this too. Suggestions are welcome.

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

I left Deloitte month but i have not received any full and final settlement and release documents. How much time does it take for Deloitte to process. My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter. What is the pay bracket for DI AM level (A&A)?

So I chose an offer for Deloitte India over Infosys as a Node.js developer. Joining next week. But most of the time when people praise Deloitte they mean USI so I have been of two minds and wondering if I made the right decision.
Also is travel needed for Consultant designation?
In the managerial round the guy told me only need to go to office to pickup the laptop and after that it's wfh.
