Need advice. My firm was recently acquired and compensation is unchanged. For context, I’m at the engagement manager level with the organization that was acquired, and with the NewCo, the coverage and responsibility is likely increasing. In this future state I’d effectively be managing more engagements.

In today’s market, for NYC, what salary ranges are paid for Underwriters at AVP and/or VP level? 10 years reinsurance experience with 4 years in actual underwriting. Multiple designations.
