I have an offer of ranging from 15 LPA and my Current CTC is 8 LPA in Mastek,
YOE 2.3 years,

I have tried my best to ask for Hike but they are not replying. And mastek giving me onsite opportunity in UK for 1 month on Business VISA,
When I did Open to Work in Linked, my project manager told me that he will not forward my VISA application ( Though My PM is very well in behaviour and did everything what needed on project and team is also good)

What should I do??
