Has anyone completed Cornell’s EMHRM program? If so, any advice for the official interview that happens after the application is submitted?

I’m LGBTQIA+ and an in house attorney in a red state. I am desperately seeking a relocation after a handful of anti-LGBTQIA+ bills and rhetoric have been introduced, & some even signed into law in my state. Despite my efforts, I cannot seem to get a recruiter to work with me or any companies outside my state to even consider me. I’m applying to jobs for which my experience is a match, & I’m being looked over. Any advice from anyone who has successfully relocated?

I'm currently working in Marketing Analytics (primarily using SQL and a bit of pyspark). Apart from mastering SQL, I wanted to know from people working at Google what does it take to get there as a Data Scientist? (I'm very interested in Strategy Ops)

Why are there so many job postings that I have applied for but nothing happening? Are the jobs that are posted truly open? I know we are in 4th quarter and wasn’t sure if corporation’s like to hire then?

Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. The worrying/anxiety multiplies when I proceeded further in the interview stages. Now that I signed the offer and is pending background checks, my anxiety is off the roof as it itches closer to my starting date.

Does anyone have a similar experience? I interviewed with recruiters from two of "Big 4". Both interviews went well, and I was told the recruiters will submit my resume to the partners and senior managers for the next interviews. 3 weeks later, I received the rejection letters without the next interview. I wonder why the partners even not bothered to interview me. If it matters, I am a CPA with 3 years non-PA experience and applied for experienced associate positions. I appreciate any insights.

I’m currently working with a senior level HR candidate. This individual has a doctorate in business with a focus in HR, her SPHR, Federal, and private sector experience at the singer level, and has a fabulous personality. Need some advice. During May of 2021 an operations manager and an hourly Hr employee started a relationship while the ops manager was married. We had supervisors give us pictures of those two kissing at workFast forward they are now engaged and getting married. The HR worker does not work here anymore since July 2021. Is it too late to investigate the ops manager for misconduct ? The ops manager has worked here for 15 years and is super valuable, the operation literally can not run without him.
