I have internship experience in Business Analysis along with hands-on exposure to Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, reporting, and analytics projects.

When is it acceptable for a junior to raise their hand and say they’re drowning? Like billing how many hours on consecutive days? Just getting a sanity check.

How would you rate the freelance market at the moment? I’ve recently quit fulltime, and beyond a couple of my own (LLC) short client projects - I’ve had zero agency freelance over the summer.
