I recently interviewed for an SAP Consultant role and have around 11 years of experience in a niche SAP skill set. I would appreciate some insights into the typical salary ranges for Lead Consultant and Principal Consultant positions.
My current compensation is higher than the budget currently being considered for the role, so I am trying to understand the market standards for professionals with similar experience and expertise.
Any guidance or inputs would be greatly appreciated
