I'm having trouble. I have a client who is going from a climbing company, to a fitness company. They have a product that lets them expand from where they are. I am failing to sell them on the importance of strategy and taking a step back. Honestly, I don't even know that I'm sold on it. But I feel like it's important. HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

With product design questions, I struggle to identify user groups. Once I do everything starts flowing and I’m confident. But the initial identification of user groups is something I find challenging. What’s your go-to way of doing this? For example, the question “design a podcasting app for truck drivers.” What types of truck drivers can I select so that I can prioritize a user group to focus on and begin identification of pain points and solutions?
