Hello everyone, looking for some advice & tips on updating my resume due to recent layoffs. I’ve been at my current company since finishing my degree, about 5 years ago now. I’ve been promoted once, started in IT auditing and now in IT consulting. Worked with multiple federal agencies but no commercial. How would I go about displaying this on my resume and what should I highlight whether client or internal work? Am I still restricted to one page or is it okay to be 2-3 pages? What other areas?

Will the customer support future be led by chatbots or will we still be necessary? lol

Recently received offer from fiserv 12.47LPA +2L joining bonus.

I'm also having offer from Zensar of 13.5 LPA+ 1L joining bonus.

I asked Fiserv for offer revision, hr from iQuest on behalf of fiserv called me, she is telling like they are not going to revise offer.

I would like to join fiserv but not on ,12.47.
Please help me here.

Hello, Need an advice on my offer from Deloitte. I am on OPT and looking for H1B sponsorship this year, recruiter said they will do it but I am wondering if I join after 2 weeks will they be able to do it as there won’t be much time left. My current company will file H1 for me. I got an offer for a consultant role at D with 25$k extra than my current salary and 10$k sign in bonus but I am currently working as a Sr Con. Is it advisable to take a risk in my case considering H1 as a priority?
