With the way the industry is for the tower side of work, I have been pursuing OSP work. Specifically Arial and underground fiber delivering, we have the resources and equipment to preform the work on a national level but I lack the knowledge on how to contact fiber providers and carriers for potential projects to take one as a company. Does anyone have any information or knowledge on how to reach out to providers to offer services? Any help is welcomed. Located in the PNW.

I have an approved i140 from company A, I got an offer from company B but as per their policy new perm will only be applied after 1 year. Wanted to understand if I can jump to company C if B hasn’t stilled filed from Perm? Also what happens if he files and not approved? Can I use my old i140 from company A to jump to company C?
