Tech M is paying more by 20%.

Are there any disadvantages of joining a C2H role purely on the basis of high CTC even though it is for a big client of the contractor company?

How much can one expect getting paid with

Cloudera Certified Bigdata Developer- (Spark) and Hybrid Cloud Certified Data Engineer(both Azure and GCP).

Total Experience is 5.5 years. Hadoop/Spark: 5.5 years.

Cloud experience is 2.4 years, (1.1 in Azure and 1.3 in GCP).

Other skills: Python, Shell scripting, SQL.

I have an associate's degree in graphic design and work designing wedding stationery. I've been at my company since 2016, and am now a design consultant - speaking to customers directly and creating custom artwork and designs for them. I know I'm underpaid (50k/year in the SF Bay Area) but I thought the benefits and stability were worth it. After 6 years of temporary contracts and unstable situations, I find my dream job in my dream company. All of a sudden the world goes upside down and I get laid off. I start sending hundreds of applications, with only 2 recruiters getting back to me to say I don’t have experience for the job (this is how it works in Italy). Add a terrible health situation in my family and it seems there’s no light at the end of the tunnel. Ugh. 😞
