However what im worried is after 2 years would interviewers expect me to have handled a project all alone and acted as a product owner. I d be wrkin on something, all of sudden wud be in need of some info, i Google it nd dn YouTube it , and slowly start watching all the videos that get suggested nd jst like that 1 hr of dt day is done. Why do companies are firing and hiring at the same time ?
I have seen few IT product companies like Amazon firing people and I have also seen openings at their job portals.

So instead of firing so many talented people why they don't just move them to whatever open positions they have ?
I know they can't move everyone but they can do so for atleast some of the people they have decided to fire even after being good performers ...

Is it lack of efforts from their recruitment team side?
