After that didn't get any feedback, its been around 5days.

I’m always a big supporter of negotiating before settling on a number but I think it’s not a good look on you to ask to go back to the table after accepting the offer.
Your new number may be too high for them and they have already sent the rejection letters to their second or third choice. So now they have to go back to square one of the process. You won’t be happy if the company you had a salary agreement with reaches back to you and say “oh actually we’re lowering our offer to you”.
If you go back and ask for more, you may luck out but at the same time don’t have a surprised pikachu face if they rescind the offer altogether.
If the competing offer is that much better then inform and apologize to your first firm that you have decided to go with another instead ASAP. You’ll burn bridges whichever route you go with.
I tried but failed. Some firms just don’t care if you have higher offer or not. They bid themselves
If there is quite a difference, accept the higher offer. It doesn't matter much if you would burn a bridge here with one firm but act wisely going forward. If you think continuing with the low offer won't make you restless then keep it. It really depends upon what difference we are talking here and its meaning to you.
