Hello Fishes, How long does it take to receive the full and final settlement amount and experience letter after the last working day?

My last working day was 21st June and yet to receive the settlement amount and experience letter. All the exit checklist are completed.

How long does it take to hear back after your final interview for an in house counsel role? I did the final round of interviews for a Bay Area company last Monday and still haven't heard anything. No rejection yet, but the longer I hear nothing, the more I worry they're not confident I'm the right fit.

Is it worth applying for a position with a firm you are directly adverse to on a matter or will conflicts definitely keep you from joining?

I have 6 yrs exp and Walmart is offering me IN3 with 16lpa fixed 3.2lpa variable and 2.7 lpa in rsu.

I have cleared all the interviews for Walmart and salary negotiations are also done. A month ago the recruiter said that they are waiting on some approvals and once it is done we will be issuing the offer letter but I haven't heard back any other update since then. Am I getting rejected or is it normal to be on hold without any update for a month at this stage?
