Is it like ey gds provide staff to member firm work on client project or are we manage by member firm without client interaction? Please reply it's would be helpful for me

Just finished my degree in managerial science and have a minor in marketing and a Sales certificate. Have had 4 different management jobs. Just accepted an opportunity as a district manager for an Insurance company. Not 100% sure about Commission-based only.
