I got a call from HCL and HR asked few questions only and asked to submit documents now. There was no technical round yet? Why asking for documents without any interview? They asked to submit IRF, salary slip etc with the email header welcome to hcl submit docs for HR discussion.

does wipro pays for notice period recovery , I preponed my release date from current org and I see that as recovery amount in my provisional f&f , I have sent a couple of emails, talked to wipro HR a couple of times asking if they shall pay for recovery but their response has been non committal so far , what should I do so I could get the notice period recovery done , the DU am going to, hiring manager from that told that it could be claimed but HR has not given anything in written so far?
