I have a question for those who are working with TCS BPS. I am 1.5 month pregnant and my doctor had advised me to restrict the travel due to my health condition for 1 month. Since our project does not have work from home option, I spoke to the HR and ask for SML (special maternity leave). She asked me to send the relevant docs. Meanwhile I spoke to my TL about it, he said that if you go on a leave for 1 month, client won't take the hit and you have to report to RMG. Is this true?

I'm a little confused on Danko - does he offer a self-study option for the coursework requirement? On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time. Does this program also include self-study material, and the classes are just supplementary/optional? I was also looking at Dalton for self-study and Danko for test prep. Thoughts?
