I hope there is some law that vets have to tell the authorities when animals show signs of severe neglect

Looking to get an Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti sometime this year. Brand new the MSRP is about 45K and despite the reputation of the old Alfa Romeo’s from the 90’s these seem to be night and day more reliable. Would you recommend buying new, leasing new, or buying used? If I bought used it would be anywhere from 2019-2021

I am not originally from US but I have been living and working here since 2018. Unfortunately I do not have any knowledge in IRA, Roth IRA, Backdoor, etc…so for for now what I do is to max out my 401K just to match what my employer pay and I invest all my money using an investment account with Merry Linch (guided investment).

I’m a very experienced veterinary assistant who has been doing this job for about 4 years in total however because of my skill level I would say I am more of an unlicensed technician. I can't stand it when people get mad at their pets for hunting smaller animals, it's their instinct and you can't train it out of them. Just get them something safer to hunt: catnip, chew toys, and balls are good for most creatures
