I mean work will never end, I know that but there needs to be a time where I should be rightly call it a day and not feel guilty about having a gazillion things left undone. Trying to work on myself, boundaries, reducing anxiety and I was thinking about it today

Recently, my appraisal cycle got completed. So whenever a recruiter asks about CTC, will I need to add the Gratuity and Insurance and then tell the Total number.

In my company Total CTC = CTC + Gratuity + Insurance.

I am havng 2.7 yoe and working in project in ibm past 2 months. I am facing difficulties in settling in this project. As it’s early stage of my career I need to learn and then implement but because of that I am daily facing pressure and I am daily worried abt my work . How to overcome this pressure?
