I have three offers currently.
1st offer is from IndusInd bank as IT Cloud Governance and CTC is 18.5LPA.
2nd offer is from Msys Pune as Information Security Expert for 23LPA.
3rd offer is from Reliance Industries Limited as Cyber Security Assurance Specialist for 25LPA.

I want to understand as per company and Profile which is more suitable for future growth and learning.

I have got an offer from S&P Global I want to know about following things

How much of Variable Pay is Paid ?? I got 15% of Base salary but how much will be paid like the usual norm i want to know

And what are the deductions from Base salary apart from PF ?
There are lot of allowances like internet reimbursement etc etc
Are they mandatorily credited or you need to claim ?

1) I know that most of you will say that buying an expensive engagement ring is a waste and bad, etc. so let’s start with the assumption that I don’t care and it’s happening
2) does it make sense to finance an engagement ring purchase or buy in cash? If financing, how much would you have to put down for a ~$30k ring? (If you’re upset by this number just replace ring with car or education or wedding or whatever you feel good about lol)

How much equity would you push for if you considered a VP role at a Series C? What if it was $100m valuation vs $1B valuation?

How much are you guys tipping grocery delivery, prime etc. during covid times?

Do Deloitte offer relocation reimbursement for Chennai location? Please shed some light if someone availed it.

Gotta think W&K has to open a Chicago office to service McD’s. What positions do you think they would staff up on?

Do Accenture still do case interview for SM level ?

At this point in the game it doesn't make a difference where you at everybody is getting laid off at one point or another the only thing I say is try to repair yourself for it if it happens to you

I have an experience of 6 years in Production and Application Support. I have worked as middleware administrator as well for Jboss and Weblogic.
But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
But I am not sure without any practical knowledge, will I get a job at this many years of experience in a different profile.

I have a shown the same as gap for personal reasons in my resume.

Will i have any problem after joining this new MNC during background verification as per the standards?..
