Fishes, how were the appraisals in general at Deutsche Bank for roles in Mumbai location? Understand that they got concluded only recently so it will be interesting to know. Manual tester would get 100% hike depend upon market better would be switch to automation as the demand is higher and you can easily get anywhere between 3x to 5x

With 3.8 years of experience ,you can ask 12-15 lpa

If you are switching to another company you can ask for 9-10 LPA. But be hopeful first ask them what their budget is then you can disclose your expectations.

I recently interviewed with EY GDS. I successfully cleared the first round, and my second round was also completed. After the second round, I tried to connect with the HR team to get further updates, but they have not been responding to my calls.
Additionally, I currently have an offer from CTS, where they are offering ₹9.5 LPA as fixed pay and ₹45,000 as variable pay. I have 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
If the HR from EY GDS contacts me, I would like guidance on:
What salary range I should realistically expect
How I should approach the salary discussion
Whether it is possible to negotiate a better offer compared to my current CTS offer
I am looking for suggestions on how to handle this situation professionally and make the right decision for my career.
