KPMG I cleared all the rounds of my interview with KPMG and was asked to provide necessary documents and fill a CAF form a week back and had a HR discussion too. I have requested for about 3Lakhs additional fixed pay since my current CTC has increased and HR said she will get back on this. It's been a week and haven't heard back on the offer letter. How long do you think I should wait. Please wait.
I asked TCS for a salary renegotiation, they agreed and they sent the new salary breakup, But they are not sending the revised offer letter, Whenever I ask them they are saying it's in the clearance process you'll receive shortly.
But my date of joining is on Monday, HR is telling me to join & they'll send the updated offer letter within 7 days of my joining, can we trust these words, Has anyone faced a similar situation?Tata Consultancy

Hi Everyone,
Was hoping to get a hand or advice. I had submitted an application the Travelers for a marketing position in early November, resume shows received but nothing else. Is there someone that works there that could direct me to a HR email or contact person? Have had nothing but a positive experience working with Travelers in my last two roles as an agent and then an underwriter would love to have to the opportunity to work directly with Travelers. Sadly it’s the same at my company. You have to leave to get big jump in pay. Very disheartening.
Everyone has noticed. Several people are leaving knowing they will get paid what they are worth or what market is paying. I know myself and others have expressed in our survey and emails to leadership, pay is what we want to see as a change to keep people. I hope CNA can do a market adjustment for everyone’s pay.
