I was recently interviewed for a product based company based out of Bangalore.

I live in delhi.
My current CTC is 14 LPA (all fixed)
Ans they offered me 25 LPA (2.5 LPA VARIABLE+ 22.5 FIxed)

I have 3 years of experience and don't hold any other offers now.
It this offered CTC a good number?

They are not providing me any joining bonus, RSU or Relocation Assistance.

How is the final settlement calculated at Accenture? Notice period is 3 months.
