Tax Staff 1, currently making 56k. You think it’s wild if I ask for 59/60 as a salary raise ?

I’ve got 8 years experience, work at a small, hot creative agency in NYC and will be promoted to CD soon. I’m not irreplaceable since no one truly is, but I’m a high value employee responsible for a good proportion of the agency’s marquee creative work and some important new business wins. They offer me 60% more money than my permanent role. Circa 2000 dollars every month in my pocket

However, I am worried if I accept the tech role and I do not become permanent I will be looking again for a job in 12-24 months and my CV won't be showing a managerial position. Won't be showing any progress.

any suggestions pwc revise offer or match the ctc of another company.

I had cleared all the rounds in S&P and had salary discussion 1.5 month back. The HR is always saying the management is on leave and will soon get the approval and release offer. Today she shas asked for one more week to release the offer. Should I wait for it or move on. Are they waiting for some other candidate to join before rejecting me at last moment. For billable hours in civil litigation and insurance defense, is 2040 hours for a 1st year associate on the high end in this field for a small or midsize firm? It seems like most attorneys I know have minimum requirements of around 1800. The compensation is around 80k a year.
