Current CTC : 24 Lpa (22 Fixed) , rest variable

Offer 1: Capgemini invent - 34 Lpa (30.5 fixed) + 10% variable

Offer 2 : EY GDS - 33 Lpa (30 fixed) + 10% variable

Accenture counter offer - 27 Lpa ( 25 fixed) + 15% retention bonus ( 1 yr Bond) + rest variable

Any suggestions on which offer I can accept?Accenture Ey global delivery services Accenture solutions (india)

Can anyone refer for rev cycle analyst/associate positions at their firm?

Why do partners tell associates to be cost-conscious when billing for certain clients when they can just cut your hours on the back end?

I’m at a mid size transactional firm. I’m a total night owl and my partners have OK’d me starting the workday at around 11am because I regularly work until midnight or later. I get so much more done after dark! I still get some side eye from other associates, but 🤷🏽‍♀️
