I have recieved 2 offers 1 from Convera for 27LPA total CTC, wfh and another from tcs for 32 LPA for siriusxm client hybrid. Which is the better option? If anyone has some experience with both about work culture, growth, etc.
Note: I have around 9 years of experience.

I’m a NEQ at a Midwest small firm and will be relocating to Indianapolis within the next year. I’m currently ID but would like to explore possibly doing plaintiff side work (PI or employment) as part of this career transition. Expecting an offer from both Deloitte India and Capgemini.
Deloitte India - Senior Consultant
Capgemini - Associate Consultant

Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.

Hey fishes. Just got a mail from Deloitte that the lease for my Laptop has expired and I have to visit the nearest Deloitte office to replace it. My base location is in Gurgaon but my nearest office is in Kolkata and currently I am at my home. Can I get it replaced from Kolkata office? And what is the general time frame for replacement.
