Any tips for writing a self-review? I have low self esteem and think I’m bad at everything, so it’s hard to know what to put in ‘super powers’ and ‘areas of development’. I was over promised opportunities at my first gig and then Covid hit. Leading me to have no portfolio worthy pieces from this 💩 agency with nothing great in sight. (place hasn’t won a pitch in my entire time here + lost clients)

I got a offer from @indegene for the role of Senior Manager and designation is B3 they are offering me a CTC of 33 LPA ( Fixed + Variable). No Joining bonus

I have an overall 10 years of Experience and an MBA from Tier 1 college, from reading online I feel that the Salary I am being offered for the role is less.

I am happy with the designation, can someone guide me on the salary range for Senior Manager
