I hove done Btech. I joined Morningstar recently and completed 4 months. The work I am doing here is not at all technical, its kind of data collection(US SHIFT). I feel like I am stuck here there is no growth and I wanna make my career in tech only. I am thinking to resign as I complete 6 months here. And I might get TCS ninja offer in sometime. Is my decision fair or should I wait a year in morningstar and then switch to tech role?

I have received an offer from a company and I'm in the second stage of interviews with another company. I am very interested to see if I could make it through for the second company. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. Should I be concerned with that?
