Certificate instead with SHRM and internship in HR.
I’ll start looking into that certification ! Thank you!
I would definitely say focus on gaining experience rather than more education. Some companies will see a masters degree and think they're going to have to pay more money, but won't be willing to do the training for an entry-level with a high dollar sign. See if you can get an internship in your area if you can't find a full-time position.
I didn’t think about that, thank you for the advice!

Before committing to an MBA, try entry routes like HR assistant roles, internships, recruitment, payroll, or certifications such as CIPD if you are in the UK. Practical exposure often opens doors faster than another degree.
Thank you for the advice! I have been looking for entry level jobs but I haven’t been able to find many and haven’t been landing interviews. My city is relatively small so I just feel discouraged. But I will keep looking finding positions in that area!
I am drawn more to the onboarding and learning and development aspect of HR. I feel a little discouraged right now but I can't give up.
