I listen to music in the mornings before work which helps a lot. Obviously tough for someone with ADHD but a morning routine that makes you feel good can really help you feel more ready to get started in the AM.
What kind of playlist do you listen to? I may have to give this a try. I really struggle in the mornings
I have a really good playlist that seems to soothe me and help me be productive. I also say affirmations every morning and do a lot of self care which helps me to stay motivated.
