Now I have 2 offer letter with me both with 14.5 LPA
1. TCS
2. HMEL

I won’t join HMEL as location is Noida which is not a good option for me.
Shall I join TCS on this pay?
If I negotiate with TCS on pay scale, will they consider my profile to increase the CTC?
