I am specifically looking for 2 BR, 1 or 2 bath in the $2,400-$2,750. $3,000 is ok if there is two bathrooms. We want to make sure we are in an area with good public schools for my pre-schooler. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Working on a deal where buyer's side keeps on insisting on a POA to effectuate all actions of Seller under the agreement, including executing documents. I keep striking this and commenting that this is not standard. Has anyone dealt with this? I am okay with a limited POA based on the industry of the Seller, but not this general POA.
