Eat clean, drink lots of water, use a quality cleanser, moisturizer and SPF. If you have specific concerns, use a product to address them. Get preventative Botox if you’re not opposed to it. You don’t need all the extra razzle dazzle to take care of yourself
You just have to do what is right for you I like to drink ceremonial grade Matcha almost every day with my vitamins and layer skin care products in the morning I also mainly cook my meals

I'll break it down for you what are the essentials.
1. Keep your teeth white/prioritize oral hygeine.
2. Wash/condition hair 2x per week.
3. Wash your darn face every day, double cleanse regardless of whether or not you work makeup that day.
4. Keep body hair to a minimum and do not let yourself go full Chewbacca mode. Trust me this last one is essential to your not feeling grubby.
Silk pillowcases are good for hair and skin. Satin is no better than cotton.
