For people who have profit sharing what have your experiences been? Ours is every March but it is a variable number based on how we do the prior year (duh obviously) but also only my boss gets to decide and he gives no criteria on why he chooses what he does. Just got a freelance gig for $1250 for 2 shoot days, but they’re asking for hourly rate for prep days. Not sure what rate to give them & if I should base it on a 10 or 12 hr hourly rate. I’m an SE who works 2 AE’s, and from looking at the market am on the bottom end of the pay scale. The company I work for has many different products/services (80+), so they wanted SEs to take on a local “SME” role in a specific area, to support other members of the team.

Hello, I am thinking about moving to southern california from NJ. I am getting quite overwhelmed with apartment/house hunting (rental). I am specifically looking for 2 BR, 1 or 2 bath in the $2,400-$2,750. $3,000 is ok if there is two bathrooms. We want to make sure we are in an area with good public schools for my pre-schooler.
