Hello, I have 50% of my CTC at Sanofi is FCP. so would I be getting the full amount as a fixed pay every month? Also I would like to know is there any travel opportunities for project specialist role.

Yes, you will get 100% FCP. But they will deduct EPF from your fixed component.
Btw, what is your experience and what is your package in Sanofi?

May I know they provide STI as a part of CTC.

They provide full STI + Extra % as per company performance as Novartis given.

Or do they provide an STI amount to fix
