I want to quit corporate and move to working for a NGO. Causes I am very passionate about Education in Rural India, Animal rescue & Elderly care. Any suggestions on where to start looking? My background is in Tech worked in the supply chain space as a functional ERP consultant for about 6.5 years.

I'm a 3rd-year corporate transactional attorney with a private firm. Around 50 attorneys, which is as big as it gets for the state I'm in. I've become disillusioned with the partnership track career path fairly quickly and don't think it's for me. Before taking a large pivot and leaving the law entirety, I've thought about going in-house.
(1) Are there any downsides to going in-house too early?
(2) Would it make it more difficult to go back to private practice if I don't like that experience?

1- refund ALL of it even taxes Withheld ?
2- refund only the amount that was deposited in your account
3- mix between 1 and 2 refund more than was deposited but less than the whole amount ( taxes should be refunded to me next year)
