Also, how rigid is the hybrid work requirement? For the client success roles, do they allow fully remote employees? I live in the same state as a Visa office but it's a few hours drive. I was honestly shocked I got the interview but hey, been unemployed for over a year so I'm very grateful!

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager.
