I'm selected for tekSystems and I'll be working for their client HSBC. Should I join?
I have other offers also and Teksystem giving me counter offer .. Any Advice

Working currently with same structure..i would suggest you to join other offers ..
Reasons are listed below:

Now a days in every 6 months hsbc is conducting SHL test and saying if you don't clear ..they will offboard you.
They treat contract people ( who is not permanent employee of HSBC) as outsider...and give more work.
Teksystems HR won't support that much if they(hsbc) release you from their project
There is so much budget issue going on in HSBC and their first Target is contractors only..
