Hello recruiters
I have been searching for a year now looking for work and I get rejected. I don't think I am inadequate I have ten years experience in customer service ( CSR and food service), also worked in electronic manufacturing, I also had the opportunity to work as a contractor to verify data in a call center. I even paid a professional to do my resume, but the job market is pretty though. 1 year is a long job hunting journey.

One year is a long time. Props to you for sticking it out. The market is brutal but there may be something that needs tweaking. Have you tried editing your resume to make it fit the job description? You've got great experience that's valuable, maybe spending more time on high quality applications will get you there.

What kind of roles are you applying to? Are you trying to pivot out of CSR roles? One suggestion is to take another CSR job and then try to apply internally to move into sales, if that's where you want to be. The market is tough though, sorry you're going through it!

Why do the Big 4 Indian firms compete with their offshore entities and poach projects from international clients? Don't think the offshore entities try for projects from Indian clients.
