For those of you familiar with the place, please share your thoughts. Only couple I know in GA live in Alpharetta/JC. Is Fairburn comparable from a population , safety , access to supermarkets , lifestyle perspective?

Currently SM at Bain (4 years post MBA) and was approached for a senior associate role in portfolio ops at a large PE fund. Been told 2.5 years to VP and another 2.5 years to director. Feels like the role is a bit junior but offers a 50% pay jump.

Thoughts on seniority? Also, any interview resources for PE portfolio roles?

Hello Fishes, I'm a UI/UX designer with ten years of experience and hold a GL offer of 25 lakhs. Is it a good company to join? Kindly do reply with job security perspective. 

I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr). All the pros outweighed the mediocre pay, but now with inflation rising, my paycheck isn't going as far and I'm having a really hard time trying to figure out if I should start looking elsewhere or if I should ask my boss for a raise.
