Candidates are driven to generate creative and appealing resumes to attract recruiters. Perhaps, most of the MNCs and large companies use ATS ( application tracking system) which require the resume to be in the particular layout, font etc.
Meanwhile startups and other companies are accepting creative resume which is leading candidates generate appealing resumes.

Is better to:

(a) have low hours and deliver great work product; or

(b) overextend on taking on assignments leading to hitting hours, but blowing deadlines and/or delivering poor work product?

I am about to join CTS as bid manager role in SAP. I don't have prior experience with bid management but have functional & implementation experience in SAP.
I just want to know how are the seniors in terms of helping and letting me grasp the process like shadowing etc happens or I would be bombarded with work?
I am a bit worried.

Really urgent, should i share the company name in sharing holding offer letter to second companh..or only compensation part shall be enough.I am not sure if i should share the part where they are addressing with my name as well for authentication because it has company logo and name as well.
