I am about to join CTS as bid manager role in SAP. I don't have prior experience with bid management but have functional & implementation experience in SAP.
I just want to know how are the seniors in terms of helping and letting me grasp the process like shadowing etc happens or I would be bombarded with work?

I'm SVP/strategy for a PR agency. I moved into PR, Healthcare, and Strategic Planning only 3 years ago. An agency recruiter is trying to convince me to move into a GSVP account role, assuring me "at that level it's all strategy." (I dont think she understands the words she's using. Or that I'm qualified). But long-term, knowing account roles are so much more plentiful than brand planning in PR, I'm wondering if I should start thinking about account. I work at a mid tier firm in an audit group of ~20 people. We’ve recently had two seniors and a manager leave, and I just found out another senior with a ton of big jobs is leaving in three weeks. I also just found out I’m being promoted to senior with a raise of 10%. In light of all these departures though, I kind of want to ask for more.... should I? And what % raise is appropriate? The reason I resigned was the sh^^head manager and project.
He said I would be released from project soon and then on bench but after resigning he is saying you have to serve the NP n we cant release early.
