I constantly have negative thoughts, I feel like everyone hates me, I’ve been pushing people away, I’m always bitter & angry. What can I do about this? I feel helpless :(

Practice gratitude. practice being the key word coz it doesn’t come naturally to me too. Be thankful to yourself, and to everybody around you. This has really helped me. I don’t know if you are spiritual, but thanking god even during my tough times helps me cope. Good luck OP

I think I’m depressed.

I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. It’s this terrible feeling of like anguish/unease in my gut, but I don’t have anything I’m worried about- it’s like my body wants to find something to worry about.

Does anyone get so anxious about work that they can’t eat? The thought of food just makes you want to puke? How to manage? Skipping meals/not eating for a day is unhealthy and will cause weight gain

Some days (yesterday) I wake up feeling invincible and some days (today) want to hide myself the rest of the world and feel like nothing will ever get better. Is anybody diagnosed with adult ADHD? Did you know before joining the firm? How does it affect your work? How do you deal with it?

I was wondering if anyone in this group is or knows about groups to support attorneys who are/have been suspended and how to handle it with life. Frankly the state bar isn't a good resource and it's starting to impact my career in not practicing the law. I've been working for a non attorney job in my company for years and was recently told my suspension means I'd never get it. Boy that was a blow that triggered depression and anxiety, still there as it's been less than a year week.

I’m struggling with coordinating my work and when I’ll be in my home state with my sessions because apparently I can only be seen when I’m physically in my home state.
