Bgsw is okayish, little better than IT services companies. Not a great place for AI/ML, data science or pure software people.

If you are PM or manager roles, it will be great place. Not for technical people - your growth tamper within 10 years. za
Bosch is a company with layers and layers of managers. 30% technical ppl and 70% managers.
You will not get real picture here.
I m working here, it's good only, if tech stacks are good it will be good for u , good work life balance, free food, good culture, but hikes would be 5 to 9% only remember as current situation is not good. But job security is good here

Technical growth depends on the project but learning curve flattens after 2 years in any project. Collaboration is a must to expand knowledge or skills. Be open to learn about other domains and willingness to actively participate in events.
Free food, good office etc are other pros.
Cons: currently struggling in automotive sector.

Please don’t join BGSW especially BD. From outside you might feel it’s a great company, but inside it’s just a garbage. Starting from chapter leads most of them are incompetent with old age IT knowledge l. Sad part is they will decide what you are gonna do and judge you during appraisal. It’s the system that change really great people to nothing.
After being there for close to 4 years, do get job outside become close to impossible for me as the world got updated. Still after a lot of effort o am joining new org soon
