Any attorneys successfully go in-house from big 4?

I’m a recruiter who would like to eventually pivot to HR but I don’t have an HR degree. I’m considering pursing a Masters degree however am torn between HR or Org Psych/Org Development. Would love to hear folks’ perspective of either degree!

I'm a senior in Big 4 AAS but looking to switch to a different AAS group because I'm tired of doing audit support... Would it look bad to go from one big 4 to a different advisory group after a year?

The billable hours and lack of work life balance are really getting to me and I am looking to switch to something else out of litigation, preferably in house. I am also looking to relocate to a different state. How do I go about properly marketing myself to companies that might not take my relocation and minimal experience seriously?

Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). Starting my counseling career on Tuesday and I’m scared to fail. What if I say something stupid and hurt my clients and make it worse? This is a second career for me so is hard to be older and a novice. I know it’s not about me and that I will truly care so I keep reminding myself of that. Current situation: company A- was hired as a specialist and proved my worth to become a category manager but ended up on the low end of the salary range because of my lack of experience. Have voice my concern about my pay several times to my director, with no action in return.

First year lit associate here. I had a tough time deciding between corporate and lit and chose lit because I wanted to litigate. Its only been a few months but I’m not enjoying the people or the work as it turns out (too many internal investigations and researching obscure issues, haven’t been on a single filed case yet). I worked 2m for startup company and absconded due to bitter experience from Jun'21 - July'21 , later immediately joined to another company Aug'21 to present(under notice period). Now I got offer with comcast and will moving on Jan'23. I'm bit worried because I don't have releiving letter for those 2m but all other records are clear with me(includes to company I'm currently serving notice period). I yet to reveal this 2m to my Hr. I see news articles all the time about Big 4 entering the legal market. Has anyone heard of this? I’m curious to see if an attorney providing legal services while working at B4 will make the same as a big law associate. Could this be the end of the huge big law starting salary?

Does anyone know how to go about providing a writing sample to a potential new employer while going through the application process, without letting on to my current team that I am applying for a new job? I understand I would need permission to use a redacted memorandum or document I’ve written during my time a PwC, but to ask for permission to use one of my writings as a sample would basically admit that I’m applying to another job.
